Shipping & Returns


  • Orders shipped next working day.
  • Orders are shipped with Canada post expedited service. 
    Email of tracking number is sent to you the day your package is shipped.
  • Delivery takes 2-14 working days depending on geographic distance from Toronto.
  • A street number is required for delivery.
  • Parcels must be delivered to a secure location. If no one can accept the parcel a card will be left informing you that the parcel is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Post Office.
  • If you receive a card from the Post Office you are responsible for picking up the parcel. There will be no subsequent delivery attempts by the post office.


  • Special Note: Some remote areas in Canada incur “beyond Charges” from Canada post. If your delivery address is in a beyond area these charges will be added to your order regardless of order size. You will be contacted for authorization by email before such orders are shipped.


  1. Contact our office for return authorization.
  2. Returns are your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse.
  3. Merchandise must be returned to us freight prepaid.
  4. Refunds will not be issued until items are received in good condition in our warehouse.
  5. Returns must be shipped with the post office ground service.
  6. We recommend insured mail to protect you against loss or damage during shipping.
  7. All original paperwork that was initially received with order must be included in return shipments.
  8. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and cannot be used or damaged in any way.
  9. If this procedure is not followed we reserve the right to withhold full or partial refund at our discretion

****If the item has been engraved it is NOT returnable, if the engraving is the same as the characters entered in on our engraving entry line during your purchase.****

***When returning or cancelling any item or order (excluding special ordered items) certain charges may apply, a standard restocking fee of 10% of your original orders grand total, will be charged and deducted from your total refund amount***

**If the item being returned is a special order item, the only refund that may be issued upon the return and assessment of your special order product is store credit and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply**

*Please ensure when returning an item that you place your order number and information inside the parcel so we can quickly match it up and get the appropriate credits issued.*
